1.It is established that Mycoplasma synovea is synergistic with IBV.

2.When we consider Mycoplasma it is very specific as a intracellular presence in alveolar macrophages and small genome size.

3. Once Mycoplasma infection comes it will remain for lifetime(till culling).

4. With treatment we can prevent Mycoplasma. Out of 3T if we consider the intracellular activity and penetration of pluromutilin and macrolide group

a) Tilmicosin
b) Tiamulin THF
c) Tylosin

5. THF is having synergistic effect in combination with tetracylines.

6. Treat the birds with Tiamulin with a week a month program along with CTC to control Mycoplasma .At the end all the birds will be free from MG and MS .

7. Breeders mortality is reduced and will have good egg quality and increases chick performance especially reducing mortality significantly.

8. Layers will have increased productivity with number of eggs being increased and mortality is controlled.

9. Broiler Performance will be at its peak with increased daily body weight gain and reduced FCR.
