Dr. Motilal Madan was born in 1939 in Srinagar. He used to live more with his grandfather in his childhood. When his grandfather used to take him out of the house, he used to give information about where he used to take him. During this time, he told that animals in our area become infertile very quickly and in large quantities. On the question asked by Dada about curing infertility, he got the answer that nothing is impossible in this world. You just need to work hard by setting goals.

Gold in BAAC and MSc
This thing made a home in his mind and he got gold in B.Sc and MSc from Panjab University after schooling. He went to Columbia University, Missouri, USA for his PhD and obtained his DSc, HC from Canada.

Dr. Motilal told that after visiting 33 countries, after getting information about every corner of the world, it was found that animals were not invented at all. So now the time has come that the goal which was set with Grandfather in childhood will be fulfilled. Started by going to the Veterinary Institute in North America. When Guruji came to know about this, he called Hisar.
