Following facts & Figure were given by Dr.Umesh Ch.Sharma, President,IVA regarding controversy of IVA1 & IVA2 authenticity which are viral on the social media amid the VCI Election 2020.

Since last few days, comparative charts about Indian Veterinary Association and rumor that there are 2 IVA have been circulated on social media by some individuals based on wrong facts.
Therefore , it is my moral obligation to present facts, which are as under:-
The Indian Veterinary Association 96/1967 was first registered on 18 May 1967 in Chennai.
Its last office bearing President was Dr. RS Sharma , General Secretary Dr. Dharmendra Sinha, and Treasurer Dr. PK Kulshrestha.
As , IVA is a national level organization and its headquarter was mentioned in Delhi, hence morally and legally IVA must be registered in delhi.
As we know that every state has its own act to register society and interstate transfer of these societies is legally not permissible.Hence, it was not possible by the then committee to transfer registration from chennai to Delhi .
Therefore,the then executive committee of IVA took NOC from the Ministry of Agriculture and other concerned departments, and applied for registration in Delhi.
Dr R S Sharma president called General Body (as per sec.9 of bylaws ) on 08.09.2019 ,at Bhopal of all those members which comes under Section 5,6, 7 of IVA Byelaws,
It was unanimously decided in GB that the registration of Chennai i.e 96/1967 should be dissolved and IVA in future will use registration number of delhi i .e. S2093/2019.
The decision of General Body was referred to the Registrar Firms Society, Chennai for dissolution of registration no.96/1967,chennai.
In the meantime ,in 2018 Dr. Chirantan Kadian, registered an organization namely “Pashu chikitsa Mahasangh” under the Society Registration Act in Panchkula, Haryana. and declared himself president of this org.
Irony is that, “Pashu Chikitsa Mahasangh” called it’s meeting and In this of PCM , Dr. Kadian declared himself the president of another organization i.e.IVA and started using the IVA LOGO and registration number (96/1967,chennai)
It is noteworthy that Dr. Kadiyan or any of his organizations have never been member of IVA.
Dr. Kadiyan, neither posses stamped registered bylaws nor any other legal document or revival certificate concerned with IVA.
Even Dr Kadiyan opened few bank accounts by forged documents and started collecting money on behalf of IVA (though all those accounts have been freezed now by concerned banks)
We have imposed legal action against Dr Kadiyan.
Inquiry has been setup by the firms society Chennai. Apart from this, other statutory proceedings are commenced against Dr. Kadiyan
It is intended that there is only one IVA in the country. We advice veterinary fraternity to beware of rumors spread by few .
Its just matter of shifting registration from chennai to Delhi
Therefore, it’s our humble request not to fall in any trap. I have presented all the facts concerned with rumor.
