This is my seventeenth post.
Regards to my dear fellow Vets
This post of mine is dedicated to the young Veterinarians of the country.
A question that always used to arise in minds of young Vets is that the state governments keep on announcing opening of new veterinary colleges, on the contrary, the recruitment of new Veterinarians is not being done annually. Due to which there is a huge increase in the number of unemployed veterinarians.
What’s the role of Veterinary Council of India in this regard ?
During my tenure, first time in history of Council, stringent rules to establish new Veterinary colleges were framed and proposed, which later has published in the Gazette of India on 19 May 2017. This comprises of –
(1) Before opening any private or government Veterinary college by the state government, an “Essential Certificate” in format 14 has to be submitted (as enclosed).
(2) State governments can only issue “No Objection Certificate” if found its necessity , as in form-14
I request all my fellow vets to read every point in (Format 14) thoroughly. Because there is a clear-cut provision that how many veterinarians are currently unemployed and how many posts are vacant in the state, and thus the Government will be forced to deny the NOC on grounds of unemployed young Vets.
VOTE & SUPPORT OUR PANEL.
