Regards to all my fellow Vets of the country,
There was a long standing demand from all the State Veterinary Councils of country that maximum portion of the amount received for the operation of the State Veterinary Council (50 per central and 50% of the state) was spent in the establishment expenditure, due to which CVE and other activities could not be conducted by the State Veterinary Councils.
In this regard, the Veterinary Council of India has proposed to the Government of India that the State Governments should bear all the establishment expenses and the amount provided by the Government of India should only be used for CVE and other related activities.

देश के समस्त पशु चिकित्सक मित्रों को सादर नमस्कार,
देश की समस्त राज्य पशु चिकित्सा परिषद परिषदों की यह मांग थी की राज्य पशु चिकित्सा परिषद के संचालन हेतु जो राशि (50 परसेंट केंद्रांश एवं 50% राज्यांश) के रूप में प्राप्त होती है वह समस्त राशि स्थापना व्यय में ही खर्च हो जाती थी जिसके कारण कारण राज्य पशु चिकित्सा परिषद द्वारा CVE एवं अन्य गतिविधियां संचालित नहीं हो पा रही थीं। इस संबंध में भारतीय पशु चिकित्सा परिषद द्वारा भारत सरकार को प्रस्ताव दिया गया की समस्त स्थापना व्यय राज्य सरकारें वहन करें एवं भारत सरकार द्वारा प्रदायित राशि का उपयोग CVE एवं अन्य संबंधित गतिविधियों मे ही किया जाए इस संबंध में भारत सरकार द्वारा आदेश भी प्रसारित कर दिए गए.
