✔Surgical management
💥Right side explorative laparotomy under local linear infiltration using lignocain 2% in standing position was done
💥The mass found was an intussusception. And it was reducible ( Video next post) but the affetced part was devitalized, so intestinal resection and anastomosis was done
💥Abdomen was closed in routine manner
💥Seteria worm recovered from the peritoneal cavity while performing right flank laparotomy , which could be an inciting cause of intussusception

✔Post op:

💥Post op animal was kept on broad spectrum antibiotic, NSAIDs, rumenotorics and fluid
💥Animal passed normal feces with in 12 hrs post surgery with regain of appetite
