What is this treatment for “Goappu”?

Are you surprised? Will the disease be cured by hugging cows? Questions may have arised all the time. In ancient times in India and in many cultures of the countries around the world, animals have become indispensable partners in human survival, health and treatment. As many diseases appeared, many treatments were born to them. But not everything has 100% effective treatment. Because all this was the “Go Apöpe” or “Go Hug” treatment when we went out looking for alternative treatments.

In English language the word “cow cuddling” can also be called “cow hug” or “cow hug’ or “cow-cuddling’ this therapeutic idea. Staying close to cow for a few days, a treatment to reduce neurological diseases such as tension, depression etc has recently come to the mainstream that even psychologists can mention. Born in Rever, a rural town of the Netherlands, this new practice means “cow hugging” in Dutch means “Co Knaflen”, which focuses on the underlying healing properties of better human-animal swallow. Psychologists say that the warm body temperature of a cow, slow heartbeat and large size make an incredibly relaxing feeling when embracing them. Researchers opinion that drying and licking them is also part of therapeutic which brings peace and love to the mind due to the discharge of endorphins, oxytocin etc in the body.

What is the use?

Do you think there is a difference between general treatment and this cow appo treatment? It has already been proven that seratonin factor is reduced in the brain in many mental illnesses like depression. This seratonin factor can only come out of depression when increased in the brain. Though many drugs have already been discovered as depression relievers and many have survived it, they have side effects just like all drugs. But the research says that the amount of these can be reduced by treatment for Goapöpa.

So far, the economic benefits of cow products in Gosakane have been considered: the mental peace of it’s association, the physical exercises that are caused by diabetes, cholesterol problem, and the physical exercise that is grazing it or feeding it, wearing dung, and milking, causing diabetes and cholesterol problems. Very few have noticed that heart problems etc are indirectly under control have scientifically recorded it. This obviously proves that there are many health factors behind Indians worshiping cow.

Method of “Go Appu”

In this supplementary treatment, those with mental stress, depression etc are selected using various scales of tension, anxiety, tension, money, etc to measure the intensity of stress. Also they will all break a series of questionnaires with 25 questions as an alternative criteria to measure the tension of the mind. People with various types of mental problems are left with their guts for 15 days. They should take care of herbs, fodder, mud, squeezing milk, mudding them, hugging, licking, body brushing etc these 15 days and adapting very close to cows. Then again: the level of mental tension of all these people is scientifically measured. In a study like this, mental tension in many people was significantly reduced and almost back to normal. Some others were advised to undergo this “therapy” once a month along with modern therapy when they improved 70%.

This is still in the primary stage and there are failed opportunities for research in the future too. Could this be a supplementary treatment not a full treatment. For some reason, those who have left cows can start farming cows again. Rural youth can take Hainu-Tourism and set money for every “Goappu” treatment and recover financially. Let’s hope those days come soon.
